Payroll and social management

Our firm ATLANTIC PARTNERS handles all the payroll processing for the director and the employees.

Our payroll works include:

  • Registration of the company as an employer with the different social organisations (Urssaf, Pôle emploi, pension fund, income protection fund,…);
  • When new employees join your company, we assist you in registering them with the different social organisations, such as healthcare insurance;
  • Preparation of monthly payslips (or every fortnight in Canada);
  • Calculation and declaration of social contributions to the different social organisations, monthly or quarterly;
  • Booking in the accounting records of staff costs, including salaries and employers’ social contributions.
  • Specific case: Payroll for foreign companies not registered in France which have employees based in France :

Foreign companies without an establishment in France, meaning they don’t have a commercial activity in France (neither a company nor a permanent establishment), can nevertheless have employees based in France for business development purposes.

We assist these foreign companies in applying with adapted social organisations and payroll preparation for their employees in France.
